The new Research Management System: Calling participants for “hands on” validation sessions

The University’s new Research Management System will replace Themis Research when it goes live in November 2024. The Project Team is hosting sessions in June and July to validate various aspects of the design, providing “hands on” access  to try out various functions based on participants’ roles (Chief Investigator, Teaching/Research Staff, Professional Support Staff, etc.).

This is a chance to preview the new RMS, and share your feedback!

Participation requires a commitment of 2 hours between 24 June–12 July, with two options to choose from:

  • Guided classroom type sessions (face-to- face and Zoom)
    or
  • Self-directed in your own time with the option to join a Zoom Support Room

Any additional time commitment depends on how much of the system you wish to explore further.
