cADRE Seed Grant for Educational Researchers
Applications close 9:00am AEST, Monday May 13, 2024.
Educational researchers are invited to apply for a cADRE (Community of Associate Dean Research in Education) Seed Grant. In 2024, one grant of $3,000 is available. The grant is intended to seed a project on a ‘hot’ Education topic with a view to enable educational research that promotes evidence-based practices and policies. Hot topics are issues of national significance and can include, for example, those that are garnering significant attention and discussion, new and exciting topics/issues, or contentious issues that would benefit from new research and innovation. Applicants are invited to articulate the significance of their proposed research and potential benefits. Projects that support research partnerships and collaboration are encouraged.
Funds must be expended by December 31, 2024. The successful applicant will be required to provide cADRE with a full report on their grant expenditure and outcomes by January 31, 2025. If you have any questions about the cADRE Seed Grant scheme, please email Louisa Tomas Engel, cADRE Deputy Chair: Louisa.Tomas@jcu.edu.au.
Apply online here. Further information about the intent of the grant and the grant conditions can be found at the top of the online form.
The successful applicant will be notified by Friday May 24.
