Seeking Researchers: Design and User Experience sessions to guide the new RMS

The Research Management System (RMS) Replacement Project Team have organized co-design workshops to inform the high-level user journey of the Research Management Lifecycle, and seek participation from researchers in these sessions.

This brief provides full details and options for dates for two different types of workshops:

• RMS Design Validation: Pre-Award Proposal Form Validation (For Researchers)
• Research Management User Experience (UX) Design (For Researchers and Research Support staff)

To attend one of these sessions, please email RMS-Replacement@unimelb.edu.au and the team will send through a calendar invite for the date and time you prefer. 6 date options are listed in the brief and the in-person options are recommended, if possible, as it might be easier to follow the end-to-end journey.

Appreciating this is an extremely busy time of the year for everyone, they have tried to ensure these sessions are as short as possible.
