2024 Faculty Research Roundtable Series commencing noon, tomorrow… with a twist!

MERI is excited to announce the 2024 Faculty of Education Research Roundtable Series commences noon, Wednesday 29 May in L915 (or via zoom).

What’s New?

This year, we are introducing a dynamic format that will bring two academic groups or research centers together each month to stimulate discussion around the juxtaposition of our different domains, and foster potential cross-pollination of ideas. We’re looking forward to seeing what we might learn from (and about!) each other’s work within the Faculty.

Why the Change?

We are fortunate to have a large research-intensive Faculty, with a comprehensive research agenda. The aim is to create a space where diverse perspectives might converge, sparking new insights and collaborative opportunities. This paired approach in 2024 aims to encourage more spaces for interdisciplinary dialogue. Whether your expertise lies in educational psychology, curriculum development, or social justice in education, the conversations that unfold within each of these Roundtables are likely to generate ideas of interest to everyone.

Save the dates!

The following 2024 Roundtables will take place noon-1pm on the final Wednesday of each month in L915 (or via zoom)—light catering will be provided:
