International Grants Accelerator Program (iGAP) – 2024 round

The 2024 round of the International Grants Accelerator Program (iGAP) is now open for expressions of interest. Deadline 12 June 2024.

The International Grants Accelerator Program (IGAP) supports researchers at the University of Melbourne to establish and foster relationships with international collaborators and funding agencies. It is widely accepted that making initial contact and building relationships with funding agency staff is a strong predictor of success in obtaining funding. Open to both academic and professional staff, iGAP offers differing levels of support, in response to the varying needs of participants working across different research disciplines and career stages.

Participants will be considered for grants of up to $5,000 to support grant proposal development (please see guidelines for conditions) with funding available from Chancellery Research and Enterprise in a 1:1 match with Academic faculties. Up to 10 grants are available in this round.
