McKenzie Fellowship – Important Information for Applicants and Potential Academic Contacts

If you are applying for a McKenzie Fellowship or you have been contacted to be an Academic Contact for a McKenzie Fellowship applicant, please be aware of the additional submission requirements specific for our faculty. The Endorsement Declaration requires the Academic Contact to complete and approve as well as the Dean’s endorsement.

For Faculty of Education McKenzie Fellowship applicants:

Please submit your draft application form to (PDF copy generated in SmartyGrants) to foe-research@unimelb.edu.au by COB 4 March 2024. We will confirm with you once we receive the approved Endorsement Declaration form signed by the Academic Contact and the Dean, for you to submit your EOI on SmartyGrants by Friday 8 March 3.00pm AEST.

For academic staff contacted to be the Academic Contact:

Please inform the McKenzie Fellowship applicant to submit their draft application form to (PDF copy generated in SmartyGrants) to foe-research@unimelb.edu.au by COB 4 March 2024. You are required to complete the Endorsement Declaration and send to MERI by COB 4 March 2024.

We will arrange the Dean to sign the Endorsement Declaration (after the Academic Contact has completed the form) and we will email this to the McKenzie Team at RIC.
