Building Research Teams: RDU Workshop EOI

The Research Development Unit is extremely excited to announce a new program based around building research teams, facilitated by experts from the Faculty of Business and Economics, Dr Victor Sojo and A/Prof Niharika Garud.

Recognising the importance that teams play in research culture and performance, this new program is designed to take researchers through the fundamentals of team development and design. Topics range from envisioning your team’s future and understanding team culture, to one-on-one mentorship and managing impact.

We won’t shy away from the tricky stuff either. We’ll dive into managing team dynamics, including those tough conversations and conflicts that can pop up. And we’ll show you how to keep your team performing at their best.

Participants will be selected via a competitive EOI process, please read more and access the EOI here.
