GR Supervisors please note about GR Submissions of Theses for Examination

Dear Supervisors,

This is an important message related to the submission of theses for examination that you must inform your GRs about.

To enable a smooth and efficient process of thesis submission please keep in mind two points:

• Before submitting the final thesis to the Thesis Examination System (TES), please send the thesis as well as the iThenticate report to the Chair of Examiners (AD GR Gosia Klatt) for final checking so any questions can be immediately addressed. Please note that once the thesis is submitted to TES, the process of updating and resubmitting the theses, in case of any changes, creates delays and is stressful to the GRs.
• Answer ‘YES’ to the question related to ‘Research data and records collected’ in the TES system if the thesis collected any data. In most cases in MGSE, this would be ‘YES‘.
