For ECAs — The Melbourne Academy (Semester 2)

The Melbourne Academy program, run by the Melbourne Centre for the Study of Higher Education, offers opportunities for early career academics to build their knowledge and skills related to the three primary areas of the University:

• research,

• teaching and learning, and

• engagement.

Over six sessions, participants will develop their understanding and appreciation of critical skills required in complex academic institutions, and establish peer networks across the University.

Early career academics, including teaching specialists, research-only and teaching and research staff, are encouraged to apply.
