MGSE Research Excellence Awards – Call for nominations

A reminder that nominations for the 2022 MGSE staff awards are now open. These awards recognise the outstanding work and achievements of academic and professional staff from across the MGSE. 

Awards for which nominations are sought in the area of Research Excellence include:

• Award for Outstanding Graduate Researcher Supervision
• Award for Excellence in Team-Based Research Programs
• Award for Excellence in Community- or Industry-Engaged Research
• Early Career Academic Award
• Mid-career Academic Award
• Research Excellence Award

Selection criteria for these and other awards across MGSE excellence in Teaching, Professional Support, and our Strategic Priorities can be found here. 

Staff are encouraged to self-nominate, and Centre Directors and Academic Group Leaders are also asked to identify at least two people or teams within their Centre/Group and nominate them or support their self-nomination.

Awards will be recognised at the 2022 Awards Evening on Thursday 2^nd June.

Guidelines for making a nomination together with the nominations form are available on the MGSE Intranet.

Nominations must be submitted by COB on Friday 29 April 2022.
