All GRs and their supervisors are invited to this end of year event where we will celebrate with GRs that completed their RHD this year.
Date: Monday 8 December
Time: 5pm-6.30pm
Venue: Level 9 Conference Room 015
Please register for this event by 12pm Wednesday 3 December
4. Changes to GR Absent Request Forms
The new leave of absence and return from leave forms for graduate researchers are now live.
The new forms are in the same CiA format as other candidature management forms in StudentOne and use similar online workflows. When a graduate researcher submits a request, their principal supervisors will receive an email with a link to the form in StudentOne to record their approval of the request on the form itself. Leave of absence and return from leave forms assigned to principal supervisors will also appear in their Forms Dashboard on StudentOne.
International graduate researchers will no longer need to attach the separate declaration form as the relevant questions have now been embedded in the form itself and will only display for international graduate researchers.
