Applications Open: Translating Research at Melbourne (TRAM) Research Impact Bootcamps

Translating Research at Melbourne (TRAM) is now accepting applications for TRAMx Bootcamps 2023. 18 MGSE researchers participated in TRAMx Bootcamp 2022. The University of Melbourne’s research impact accelerator program, TRAM aims to build capability for transforming research and inventions into products and services with real-world impact.

TRAMx bootcamps provide an accessible entry point for those keen to learn more about research entrepreneurship and achieving research impact, but need some assistance to get the ball rolling (or rolling in the right direction). The interactive workshop will develop ways of thinking about your research to enable greater research impact, and teach practical entrepreneurial frameworks and methodologies to take first steps towards creating maximum impact with your research.

TRAMx bootcamps are open to individual researchers and research teams, including PhD students, and are run as a 1-day intensive workshop at no cost to participants. There are 6 Bootcamp dates in February and March with the option to participate either digitally (zoom) or face-face (Melbourne Connect). Content is exactly the same for each date and mode.
